The TDC1 provides optimal airflow across one or two Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) to maintain safe temperature while imaging. The TDC1's four cooling fans are controlled by the conveniently located top panel Power (ON/OFF) and Fan Speed buttons. The TDC1 was designed as the base upon which to connect the Tableau TDW1 Drive Wiper and TE1 1:1 Encryption Module. The electrical connections for all Tableau Modular Acquistion Accessories are the same to enable quick, easy connections and eliminating the need for multiple cables and power supplies.

Securely erases data from HDD's. Modular product can be used with Tableau Forensic Duplicator or Forensic Bridges. Tableau proprietary connector enables direct connection to TDC1 for proper HDD cooling during imaging. User selectable menu of device functions via LCD and device soft-keys. Standard SATA HDD drive signal and power connection.
TDW1 Drive Wiper Functions:
- Single and Multi-pass disk wiping
- Disk Information
- TDW1 Information
- TDC1 Information (when connected to TDC1)
- Turns TDC1 on during wiping, turning the TDC1 fans off (5) five minutes after wiping completes
- Powering down the disk drive after wiping completes
- Disable HPA or DCO
- Change the TDC1 fans speed using the left and right arrows
Note: The TDW1 Drive Wiper can be usd as a standalone unit. When used in the standalone configuration it does require a Tableau TP3 Power Supply.
