The T3u Forensic SATA Bridge is a write-blocker for use with Serial ATA (SATA) hard disks. Unlike many other SATA write-blocking solutions, the T3u has native support for SATA hard disks. This eliminates the external parallel-to-serial ATA converter found in other solutions and greatly improves compatibility and reliability. Moreover, the T3u is compatible with both SATA 1 and newer SATA 2 devices.

The Tableau T3u includes FireWire800, FireWire400, and USB 2.0 host interfaces, offering maximum flexibility when connecting the T3u to the host computer. FireWire800 (1394B) offers the best performance, while retaining backwards compatibility with FireWire400 (1394A) systems. The T3u includes two FireWire800 9-pin connectors and one FireWire400 6-pin connector for even greater versatility. USB 2.0 increases flexibility by supporting computers which don't have FireWire, but do have a USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 interface.

The T3u is ideal for field and lab settings. There are two power supply options, an integrated power switch, and seven indicator LEDs for input power status, power ON status, drive good status, host interface good status, write-blocking status, and hard disk activity. The T3u is housed in a compact enclosure made from lightweight yet rugged ABS plastic and won't scratch other components in a field kit bag.

The T35es is Tableau's newest contribution to their line of forensic bridges. The T35es will allow a forensic investigator to access either an IDE drive or a SATA drive; all in one device.

The Tableau T35es introduces eSATA to the Tableau family host interfaces which includes FireWire800, FireWire400, and USB 2.0; therefore offering maximum flexibility when connecting the T35es to the host computer. FireWire800 (1394B) offers the best performance, while retaining backwards compatibility with FireWire400 (1394A) systems. USER'S NOTES
The suspect IDE hard drive must be configured as a "Single Master Device" (not slave or cable select).
Attach the blue connector of the IDE cable (TC6-8) to the T35es and the black connector to the suspect hard drive.

The T4 Forensic SCSI Bridge is a write-blocker for use with SCSI (Small Computer Systems Interface) hard disks.

With throughput as high as 80MB/s, the Tableau T4 Forensic SCSI Bridge stands alone for computer forensic applications. No other SCSI forensic product can match the speed and ease-of-use of the Tableau T4.

The T4 is compatible with SCSI devices through the fastest Ultra 320 hard disks currently on the market. The T4 will negotiate with the SCSI device to use the fastest available 16-bit or 8-bit SCSI transfer mode up to 80MB/s. And the T4 is compatible with both LVD (Low-Voltage Differential) and SE (Single-Ended) SCSI devices.

And with the T4, forget about jumpers. The T4 automatically scans the SCSI bus to find the SCSI device, so you don't need to worry about SCSI ID settings.

The Tableau T4 includes both FireWire800 and USB 2.0 host interfaces, offering maximum flexibility when connecting the T4 to the host computer. And, you can even make the T4 field-switchable between read-only and read-write modes if you choose to remove a knock-out panel on the plastic enclosure.

The T9 is the latest write-blocker innovation from Tableau for use with FireWire 800/400 hardware. The Tableau T9 allows write-blocking and imaging of FireWire external storage drives as well as MACs (booted in Target Disk mode).

Tableau built the T9 specifically for the needs of computer forensic investigators and technicians. The versatile Tableau T9 includes both FireWire800 and USB 2.0 host interfaces, offering maximum flexibility when connecting the T9 to the host computer.

FireWire800 (1394B) offers the best performance, while retaining backwards compatibility with FireWire400 (1394A) systems. The T9 includes two FireWire800 9-pin connectors: one for the host computer and the other for the subject hard drive. The interface for the T9 FireWire Bridge is similar to the Tableau T8 USB bridge, in that the T9 has a LED for quick and easy use. There are two power supplies that can be used with the T9: the TP2 and the TP3. The TP3 requires the TCA-P7-P5 cable adapter and must be purchased separately.
